QUESTION

Do I have a Medical Mal-Practice case?

Asked on May 26th, 2014 on Personal Injury - Kentucky
More details to this question:
Hello, I am a 33 year old male. I had a dental implant placed in my tooth when I was 12 0r 13 years old. Now I am disabled. I have head injury caused by the device/implant. There are no doctors here who can treat me. There is no one who wants to help. If I ask about the treatment at the hospital, the workers get angry or shrug me off. I just recently got the device removed. I feel better...but now I noticed I have a head injury and I am disabled. Can you help me please?

If hospital workers won't help you, no one can. You would need an expert consultant to say it was defectively put in. And that you waited way too long to do something. Serious issues. Not interested. No case. Sorry.
