Do I have a personal injury claim?

More details to this question:
In involved in vehicle accident in 2010. Was at fault.Transported to hospital and diagnosed with muscle spasm and released. Problem still persisted until diagnosed as a neck and spinal cord injury. Had neck and spinal cord surgery in 2015. Had full insurance coverage at the time. Can I make injury claim against my policy carrier

If you were at fault for the accident, then the only claim you might have against your own auto insurance carrier would be for Medical Payment benefits if you purchased that type of coverage.  You also might be have waited too long to make a Medical Payment claim since the accident occurred in 2010.  You will have to see what type of response you get from your auto insurance carrier.  Good luck with this matter.
