QUESTION

Do I have an legal recourse?

More details to this question:
On February 27, 2014 I purchased a Turkey sub sandwich from Nice N Easy Grocery Shoppes here in my town. Once home, the second bite into it I bit into a large piece of bone. I figured a fluke and after taking the bone out of my mouth, continued to eat until I bit into another bone. At that point I wrapped the remainder of the sub up, over half of it and put the 2 bones into a plastic baggie and returned to the store. They were apologetic and refuned what I paid for the sub. They took the baggie with the bones in it to send to whatever company they get their turkey meat from. I have Anxiety disorder and this happening caused panic attacks over the next few months. The thought I could have choked to death if I haven't bit down on the bone to find it. I have not and will not ever eat another turkey sub from any convenience store due to this. Additionally, my son who was here when it happened, has been affected in several ways.

It is unlikely that you will be able to recover anything because your, fortunately, we're not injured from the turkey bones.
