Do I have rights against restroom discrimination?

More details to this question:
On February 8,2017, I was escorted out of public facility by park police 2 minutes after I went in to use facility. Two weeks prior to that, I was washing my hands over the sink when someone from the office came in and said I would not be able to use facility anymore. I had been using facility for past 7 years with no problems until in the prior 90 days 1 or 2 homeless people who don't bathe they said were leaving bed bugs. I was told that we are no longer allowing people who are or we perceive as homeless to use the public gymnasium restrooms. Later that day, I ran into one of the maintenance workers who I told what had happened and he said that was for 1 or 2 guys that they have since removed. He said "I know that you are not one of them, and I will go back and tell my boss they have the wrong guy." Ten minutes later as I walked into the library at other end of complex, he walks in as I am on the computer and says "I've taken care of that you are good to go." Two weeks later, I am being escorted out the facility. The two people working in the office then lied to police saying I am one of the guys and I leave a mess (totally untrue) when I leave. One of the officers asked me why do I have to come here and clean up. To that insidious question I replied Yes! Would like to know can I file a claim.

I do not think you have a case since the one time you were removed/banned from the bathroom was when the officers had a reasonable suspicion that you were causing a mess/nuisance in a public bathroom. It was only after they removed you that they gained some information it was not you.
