QUESTION

Do I have standing to file a claim?

Asked on May 30th, 2017 on Personal Injury - Florida
More details to this question:
On Saturday May 27, I substained an injury in a Ross store after I was attempting to sit on a stool that had rolling wheels on it. I wanted to see if I could use it in my kitchen so that I would not have to stand a lot. When I attempt to sit on the stool, it rolled from under me which caused me to fall on the floor. The paramedics were called and they transported me to a local hospital where I was treated for my injuries. A series of test including cat scans was done on me. It did not revealed that I had suffered any fractures. It did however show that I have a head injury and contusions to my body. I will need further treatments for my injuries. I want to know if I have standing to file a personal injury claim.
