was in a traget parkng lot driving very slowly going up a aisle to get a parking space when i got out a woman came up to me and told me i hit her elbow with my side mirror and almost ran over her foot..i almost lauged then told her there is no way that could have happened i would have felt or heard it i told her IF by some small chance my mirror tapped her then i apologize i then went into target and she was walking ahead of me when i exited the store 20 minutes later 2 cop cars were beside my car they asked me if i hit someones elbow and again i said no i did not and if i had i would have felt it and the lady was perfectly fine the cop was rude told me it is hit and run and i told him how in this world is it hit and run i went inside store and she went in 1st i was flabbergasted! i told him she was prob just saying it to get money from my insurance he said she filed a complaint and asked for my dr lic and insurance i gave it to him and that was that...but should i be worried? he also
