Do I need a lawyer?

Greetings, I was involved in a a car accident on June 30, 2015. my car was towed to a repair shop, the car was there untill November the 19. I had to take my car out because they wouldn't finished the work, I have a letter from the bussines where its stated that the car was gonna be ready for pick up on november 18,2015 at noon, if the car wasn't ready I had the right to take my car with me. And that's what I did . My next step will be taking the company to a small civil court because they got paid already from the insurance but they couldn't finished the work. And the parts they were putting on my car are in bad conditions. Hope you can help me with my case.         Thanks.  Eliceo Soriano
