More details to this question:
Yesterday I was driving my 2014 bmw, when I was almost driven off the road. A car was changing lanes and did not see me so I tried to use my horn but it was not working. repeatedly and frantically I pressed the horn with no success. I ended up swerving off the road twisting my back and hitting my hand, Because of the faultly horn issue can I sue?

I think that it would be tough to link your back injury to the failure of the horn. Moreover, unless youj've sustained a "serious injury", it probably doesn't make sense to commence 3 years of product liability litigbation against BMW.
