More details to this question:
I was involved in an auto accident and I was hit from the back by 2 cars. I didn't go to therapy because I have no health insurance. Do I still have a case when this happened in July?

The statute of limitations in MD is generally 3 years but the longer you wait to seek medical attention from the date of the collision the harder is will be to prove that the injury/treatment is related to the accident. I suggest that you consult with an attorney in the city/county where you reside or where the collision occurred. Good luck with this matter.
