I bought my son a family order of french fries and took him to his fathers. My son ate half and wanted the rest later. His father placed the box in the microwave to warm them up and the microwave started spaking and making popping noises. His father checked to see why there were sparks looking threw the fries he saw a small piece of metal. looking at it now it looks like it comes from a deep fryer.
probably not, you must have damages to have a claim.. it doesn't appear that even if you could prove a negligent act by place you purchased the food, there was no evidence that any injury occurred..
