QUESTION

Do we have a case for Carbon Monoxide Poisoning

Asked on Dec 10th, 2013 on Personal Injury - Nevada
More details to this question:
Our CO alarm went off the other night and after having the fire dept come out and contacting our landlord, we found out that the company that originally installed our gas furnace did the instalation wrong and we have been slowly getting poisoned both last winter (we moved in late DEC 2012) and since this fall and winter has started. We also believe that the CO poisoning is what killed one of our beloved pets (a Savana Monitor that lived in the room right next to the furnace...shared wall) Both my husband and I have suffered from headaches, nausua, dizzyness and general aches and pains for the last two months since the gas heat has been turned on.

Causation will the most difficult element for you to prove.   However if you are able to demonstrate that you have suffered personal injuries which were caused by the improper installation, you may have case against the contractor.
