Do you handle personal injury cases of enrolled tribal member against tribe?

I was injured at Paddle to Nisqually by negligance of golf cart shuttle driver not paying attention that I was not completely on. I was slammed to the gravel road when she took off & I heard something crack. I was taken and examined by Nisqually clinic doctor and x-rayed at TRA Imaging in Olympia. The Nisqually doctor notified me that my right elbow was cracked. I received numerous other abrasions and bruises. The Nisqually Indian Tribe paid for a motel for me for the rest of the Paddle.
