I was injured in March of 2017. Cleaning up debris my landlord had left laying on property after illegally lifting the corner of house without permit. My necked snapped in two almost severing my spinal cord causing paralis. I had surgery to fix. He came again in 3/18. And wanted sex I refused he got very angry i had to call police. Now he is evicting me and suing me for illegally living here. I have been here 5 years and paid all bills. I want to leave but can't afford it. I would like to be compensate . Do you think I have a case. I go to court 6/27 Thank you.

As both a tenant and injury lawyer - there is no way to tell as you have mish mash of issues here Either you have a lease or proof of month to month tenancy there to defend the eviction - or your dont. You will need to hire a lawyer or see if local legal aid can help.
