At a residence I visited I fell off their concrete steps. Very steep steps with no handrail or anything to hold on to. I had back surgery 1 year ago and not sure at this time if the fall hurt my back, I am trying to get in to see my doctor. I have a huge scrape on my left arm and face. I am 73 year old female and this was very traumatic to me.

you best take pictures of the place where u fell at the same time of day u fell from a variety of different angles. From the way you described it, they may have violatedcode sections as far as grade and handrails...Also, it would be important as to how exactly u fell. In order to establish liability, you have the burden of showing that the negligence caused your accident..and most importantly, do not talk to anyone except your lawyer
