had a tubal reversal in 1997. an allery of latex was found and my dr,said worst surgey he had ever done.I will have permanet injury therest of my life.i had to have hysterectomy in 2012.My Dr.and his staff jumped back the latex /plastic was encapsulated behind uterus wall where it could'nt ever be detected.I suffered 16 years .tried to get him for mediation,He did another lady around the same time.Can I find someway of getting him in mediation or a paper I can file on him I don't know how many other women are out there like i was

As I understand from your question, foreign material was left in your abdomen following your 1997 surgery. This was discovered in 2012. Based on these facts, I am afraid your statute of limitations for filing a lawsuit has expired. Generally in cases like this, the lawsuit must be filed within 1 year of discovery of the foreign body, but no more than 10 years after the surgery. I am sorry I cannot be of more assistance.
