Expenses incurred

More details to this question:
I was injured in automible accident due to the tune of almost 2Million in JUST medical, disabled for life, now almost 20 months UN able to earn an income, other driver had state minimum coverage and was cited as AT FAULT 100%!! Who do I sue, Her? Her insurance? Both? Does insurance pay ENTIRE CLAIM or just their limits, then do I file against her to have her ENTIRE belongings liquidated and turned over to me as a means of payment, garnish her wages the rest of her life? I'm crippled for the rest of my life due to HER, it's only fair she suffer as well and AS LONG AS I DO.

Unfortunately, you are limited to what the negligent party has in terms of insurance covergage and her personal assets. Furthermore, she may be able to dicharge a judgment against her assets in bankruptcy under certain circumstances. Do you have underinsured motorist coverage in your auto insurance contract? If so, you may claim it.
