QUESTION

failed airbag; ford focus 2014

Asked on Nov 28th, 2014 on Automobile Accidents - Maryland
More details to this question:
On 11/26/14   I was in a collision with my ford focus and the front end of a guard rail. Needless to say the tow truck driver could even determine my vehicle was beyond repair. The driver then asked me, why didn't any of your airbags go off? My question is do I have any legal ground to take this to court.

If you were injured in the collision, I suggest that you contact an attorney who handles product liability claims against car manufacturers regarding airbags that fail to go off.  Good luck with this matter.
