Fell in a resturant

Can I do anything if I fell in a resturant and broke a bone and no one inside the establishment help or asked if I was okay.

You raise an interesting question. If the fall was a result of your carelessness and neglect, the answer is no, but if the restaurant, due to its carelessness and neglect, proximately caused you to fall, then the answer is yes. If the accident was caused by you and the owner was on notice after the fall, that you needed medical attention and did not take steps to summon medical attention and this delay caused you injury, then there may be liability on their part.
