Fell while leaving restaurant and walking to car

My husband fell while exiting a poorly lite area. On February 7,2017. Loving Hut parking lot. We where going to handicap parking. The parking area was very poorly lighted. The lights where outside the door not near the handicap parking spot. My husband fractured his left femur. Is there a case here.
