Whether you have a case will depend on the circumstances of your fall. In particular, the most important issue will be whether the pallet was an open and obvious danger, or whether it would not have been easily visible to a customer who is there shopping and looking at merchandise. Can you desribe what happened to you in more detail? I would also be more than happy to discuss this with you if that is easier.
