Was raped by a fraternity member after a fraternity event in my dorm room when I was 17 years old, I am now 24 and have ever since suffered from anxiety and depression. Not sure if the statute of limiations has passes, have read for Texas it's 10 years if under the age of 18 and it was caused by rape or sexual assault.
