What rights do I have? In 2014 I was welding at sumpter correctional institution and the barrel they had me welding blew up and my whole body caught fire. I suffered from 1st 2nd and 3rd degree burns, skin graphs and a long hospital stay. I now suffer from night terrors and other mental issues and I'm coverd with scars and pain. Do I have any options?

hello...I think u may have a good case...there could be a workmans comp case as well as a third party case against the manufacturer of the barrel..more facts would be needed to explore
