I was rear ended on 08/23/2022 in Hillsborough County and I attempted to secure Morgan and Morgan to pursue litigation, but none of the vehicles in the accident carried Uninsured motorist/Personal injury coverage and they were not able to pursue the case! I am seeking options on pursuing litigation against the driver who caused the accident. Additionally, I need to know since Morgan and Morgan was not able to pursue the case, should I continue forward with my physical therapy treatments? Thanks in advance!

Yes I agree with the other attorney. You should get a second opinion before you give pursuing the case.
