The accident occurred on 8/5 /2021 . another driver at fault, repairs are taken longer than expected due to parts on backorder (newness of car), rental car running out of time, need to know how to proceed.

Contingency fee means you dont pay anything to the attorney unless you win the case. Also, keep in mind you have 14 days from the accident date to seek medical attention in order to not waive your PIP benefits.
