More details to this question:
I was Involved in a car accident and it was my fault and To my knowledge I did not know that I didn’t have coverage on my car. Now I am being sued and I have to respond with a written response I don’t know how to do this and I need to know if I can defend myself it has been tough to find a lawyer who can help me. I have no income and small children and am a single parent.

Did you get a summons and complaint or did you receive a letter demanding insurance information? Discuss with counsel here in Florida.
