I have structured settlement payments from a past auto accident, and recently (February) got into another accident. I need help with paying medical bills and a new car because mine was totaled and I did not have full coverage. Would it be wise to sell one of my payments for a smaller sum of money? I am homeless and without a vehicle or job because of this incident.
