Son victim of hit and run. Insurance company accepting responsibility. They want me to file a claim. The magnitude of my sons injury won't be determined until he is 18 years old. How can I sue for pain and suffering now, to cover medical bills for the next number of years, if there is no way to determine extent of injuries until then?

In my opinion, if you believe the magnitude of your son's injury cannot be determined until he is 18 years old then I suggest that you hire an attorney to assist you with this matter.
