hit by truck at work

More details to this question:
my father in law was hit by a truck at work. the driver of the truck is also employed at the same company. He was sent to the hospital and has to have surgery on his arm, including pins and plates put in. Doctors saying he may never regain correct function in his arm. Who do you sue after this? the man or the company?

Your father in law has a workers compensation claim and there is a procedure that has to be followed. It is handled administratively through the Workers Compensation Division of the Department of Labor and not through the courts.
