QUESTION

how can I appeal car accident judgement

Asked on Jul 21st, 2014 on Automobile Accidents - Maryland
More details to this question:
I attended court today and was disappointed in the judge decision. I was in a accident in 2012 in which my car was rear ended by another vehicle, in which I suffer damages to my car and pain/suffer. The judge seem to be inexperience about rear ends accidents and now I'm left with medical bills and no compensation for my injuries and mental anguish that I was dealing with. How can I appeal her decision?

If you were represented by an attorney, you should discuss with the attorney whether you will be successful on appeal and whether that attorney is willing to handle the appeal.  If you were not represented by an attorney at the trial or if your attorney is not willing to handle the appeal, then I suggest that you go to the clerk's office at the court house where the trial took place and they can assist you with filing the necessary paperwork and paying the appeal fee.  There is a deadline for filing an appeal so do so promptly.  Good luck with this matter.
