How can I fill out a motion for evidence hearing paperwork?

More details to this question:
I need to know what kind of attorney to speak with about helping me fill out motion for evidence hearing paperwork. This paperwork is related to a lawsuit against a hospital that forced me to move into a hospice.

I'm not sure what you want an attorney to help you with in your litigation. I assume you are representing yourself. In any event, you would want a litigation attorney that specializes in that type of lawsuit. If the case is in Federal Court, you would want an attorney that is experienced in Federal Court cases. You should be able to find an attorney that will help you with "paperwork", who will charge you their usual hourly rate. I would expect the rate to be in the $250 per hour neighborhood.
