how can i get in touch with lawyer to take a wrongful death case and only charge a percent of what I get if they when or is there any one that knows.

I was told that it will cost me to much to go after the persons assets for wrongful death because my son knew his friend was drinking when he got into the car with him.And if it went to court that we would lose.How true is this and do I have other rights or options.I know that this persons owns 202 acres of gas wells and other property.

Different lawyers often have different views of the same case. For that reason I would encourage you to talk to more lawyers in your local community. Also, if you are turned down again try asking the lawyer if he knows of a lawyer who does take this type of case on a contingency. Good Luck
