QUESTION

How can I get my license back??

Asked on Jan 12th, 2016 on Automobile Accidents - Tennessee
More details to this question:
On June, 11, 2012 I was involved in a wreck. I was issued a juvenile citation for failure to maintain proper control and financial responsibility (I was 17 at the time). A few months ago I tried to renew my license online and found out my license was revoked. Unfortunately I didn’t receive any mail regarding my license because the address on my license at the time was at an old family home. I called the reinstatement center and was informed my license was revoked as of January 3, 2014. One person at the reinstatement center said the reason for the revocation was due to unsatisfied judgement due to an accident and another one said "suspended due to judgement".

If you are involved in an accident and do not have any insurance that will pay for damage that you caused, then you can not get your license back until you pay or make arrangements to pay for the damage that you caused in the accident.
