How do I collect on a diminished value claim?

More details to this question:
I was involved in a car accident June 18, 2014. I filed a diminished value claim against Progressive and they denied my claim. The value of this car is $11,000 less than what it was worth as I just purchased the vehicle in April 2014.

Diminished value claims are very difficult to address in the face of Fla. Supreme Court decisions disapproving them in first party cases and equally difficult to establish proof wise.
