More details to this question:
I went to a physical therapy place for physical therapy two weeks into the process they ripped apart my surgery and cause 100% damage again Ergo had to go through a second surgery that was not necessary after the first surgery, but since I was injured one hundred percent again on my extremity had to undergo a second surgery to see if it could be fixed when I signed up for the physical therapy they had me do paperwork and sign an arbitration agreement I picked the physical therapy place my insurance or my employer's Insurance did not pick it for me, is it possible to get that paperwork back or my entire file and folder? So that I can sue them without them knowing it because I don't think my arm will be able to be repaired I am going through physical therapy now but it's not looking good

You are entitled to request your medical records and documents you signed from the Physical Therapist. It might be best to consult a lawyer before doing so and make a plan on the best process to obtain those and se exactly what your options are for the entire process.
