how do i hire another attorney?

More details to this question:
When a settlement is complete who is the responsible party for the medical bills once the attorney is paid their 1/3 %.Does the attorney have a right to promise to pay my medical expenses or do I the client handle it.The contract I signed is what I agreed to.My attorney said I have a medical lien on my case and they signed promissory note that the doctors get paid even before I do....I need help I've been trying to drop this attorney but she tells me I can't due to the fact the law firm has a lien on me????

You do not have to approve a settlement amount so if it is too low. Discuss it with your attorney and you can go to trial If necessary. If letters of protection were issued by your attorney or liens were filed these amounts are paid first before settlement. The law firm has a lien for the amount agreed in the contract.
