More details to this question:
Hi, last year I was involved in a car accident that left my car car totaled and the other persons with a bumper to be replaced. The person I rear ended tried to sure my family for our house, cars and money. He finally settled with the insurance company. I went to go get insurance yesterday and no one will take me because the accident cost was $167,000. I got a report stating that he had taken $150,000 from the insurance company. Long story short he is lieing he is hurt, he lied that others were in the car, he is now following me around asking my close friends about me and the car I drive. He is taking money from us and ruining our life. Is there anything I can do

Not sure how he is following you around asking about your car - if the case settled  and he got money, there should have been a release from your insurance company. Equally not sure how you causing an accident equates to the victim ruining your life. If an inusrance carrier paid out money, they most likely vetted the case and claims that he is lying are likely unsupported. If you have concerns and EVIDENCE to the contrary, contact your adjuster and provide them the information you have so they can send it to the special investigations unit.
