I was in an auto accident 2 weeks ago I am currently 23 weeks pregnant. I was on my way to work on a highway when the truck in front of me had a ladder fall off and toward my windshield. I swerved to miss it...my car went up on 2 wheels I brought it back down to 4 wheels in the process I needed up hitting a car from behind and my car ended up in a ravine. My car is totaled I was unconscious and my head blew out my drivers side window. I have double vision now...I was taken to hospital and they said my c 5 disk in my neck is fractured. I can not work. I have to wear a neck brace for at least 2 months. Never had to get a lawyer before not sure how or what to do now. Need advice

It appears that you have a good case against the truck from which the ladder fell. You should contact a personal injury lawyer in your geographic area asap.
