how long will take for a personal injury case settlement?

Okay, I was at a bank and the door had a motor that made it close on my foot, the sensor was broken and it closed. the bank knew about it and told me then that they new but the person hadn't come to fix yet. now I have allot of bills and they want to settle Out of Court, my question, is, how long will it take before the give me the money.

Depends on the deal you strike with them; tell them you want the money in X number of days, or you're not going to settle.

Every personal injury case is different and there is no set period of time which any particular case may take to resolve. Given your facts it certainly appears that the bank and possibly the electric door sensor maintenance company share responsibility for your being injured. We recommend you consult with an experienced personal injury attorney who has handled automatic door cases previously.
