How much compensation for 2 broken front teeth while dining in a restaurant?

More details to this question:
I had a bone in my pulled pork sandwich that lodged between my right front tooth and the tooth to the right. The bone was shaped thin on one side got wider going to the other side of it, like a wedge. I broke my 2 teeth. That caused me to need a bridge put in, of which I couldn't afford until months later because it caused a spiral effect. It cost me a total having to come up with almost $20k. I was enduring pain and facial disfigurement for months. While I work as an independent contractor doing face to face sales, I had little to no income for months while trying to get funds together. It's now more than a year later and they only offered me just the cost of the bridge. I have been also back to the dentist for temporary teeth falling out weekly and also the permanent ones being lose and or causing me pain of which is still ongoing. In turn, I also ended up losing my job over this.
