More details to this question:
I was a passenger in the car that was rear ended. I am / was disable. but the MVA caused whiplash, Afib to return, major flare up of Fibromylagai, severe carpal tunnel requiring surgery asap (no previous problems). other health issues had been under control for at least 2 years. now am back on blood thinners forever. had to go to the ER by ambulance twice. Had a constant headache for 2 months. I have had to see Primary 4 times, cardio dr twice, neurologist once (but need surgey and having to wear wrist splints every night, and see the Phy Therapist several times. It has been a ever stressful and painful process trying to get better. the MVA was on 1-4-14. Accept for the surgery related problems ( constand tingling and numbess going down my arms and into my hands, fingers flick uncontrollably, and arms hurt a lot especailly while trying to rest.My life has been totally messed up for months. Now its time to settle. For what amount??

A competent attorney cannot properly evaluate your damages without more information. This includes reviewing your medical records and obtaining an opinion from your healthcare providers that the injuries you describe were in fact caused by the auto accident.
