A review of the 1. medical records and 2. medical bills and 3. how much notice or lack thereof existed on the part of the hotel imputing to them that there was a dangerous condition in that room and 4. The existence or lack there of of the permanency of your injury and any loss of earning capacity or income that would result because of this accident. Your attorney would be obviously in the best position to make that determination, and that is why you hired him.
