Your settlement would depend on many factors, such as the amount of your medical bills and your pain, suffering, treatments, physical therapy, lost wages, disability, etc. A good personal injury attorney can advise you.

It all really depends on the amount of insurance coverage available. Because the accident occurred on your employer's property, you may also have a workers comp claim.

Many factors go into determining a bodily injury award. It's not possible to answer your question without a significantly greater level of information being available regarding the degree of injury, pre and post-operative therapy do not already have counsel experienced in a bodily injury accident recovery, you should seek one out immediately.

There is no set formula or method to know what you will get without knowing the details of the case. Just as a good, experienced doctor cannot make a good diagnosis without a physical examination, x-rays and other studies, a good, experienced trial lawyer will read the medical records from before and after the car crash to determine what injuries and losses stem directly from the accident. Future medical specials are also important considerations, as are permanent scarring, loss of strength, range of motion, sensation, etc. Bottom line: if any lawyer tells you how much you should get on the facts below, do not walk out of their office - run ! It would be just like a doctor telling you she/he wanted to operate without a physical, x-ray, MRI or other information, just that you back hurts. That's just my opinion, others may have different ideas, but the way we evaluate serious injury cases is "What is the likely jury verdict range in the jurisdiction where it may be tried.

It will all depend on the nature and extent of your injury. You don't give enough facts here. I have more questions than answers. For instance, do you need future medical care. If so, what do you need and what will it cost. Do you have permanent restrictions that will affect your earnings ability. These are the types of questions an experienced lawyer familiar with Alabama accident law can ask and answer. It sounds like you should consult one. Good luck.

Ask your lawyer. Your case is worth whatever damages you can prove that resulted from the accident.

Depends on a lot of factors, especially the amount paid by you or on your behalf for medical treatment and future medical treatment, among others.

Sorry to hear about your accident. The settlement amount, in a personal injury case, such as yours, really depends on several factors, which include (but, are not limited to) the nature, extent & severity of each of your injuries, the amount of medical bills & lost wages you have incurred, your age, and so on. Using such information, your lawyer (that is, assuming that you have hired one to handle your case) should be able to give you some idea of the average personal injury settlement amount that individuals in cases, such as yours, would be entitled to.

Your settlement amount is your medical bills, lost wages, other out of pocket expenses and your pain and suffering. Without knowing how much your bills are, the amount of time you missed from work and other such expenses, it is impossible to give you a definite number to value your case.
