More details to this question:
I bought an inversion table and the first time I went on it, it flipped me upside down and I fell on my neck and back. I went to emergency the next day because I was stiff and in pain. They took x rays and CAT scan and everything was alright. I filed a claim with them and they want to know what I am asking for. I do not even know what to ask for.

I am unable to substantively answer your question with the information provided. You appear to have some bumps and bruises with no permanent residual impairment. If all you had was an ER visit, you could be gin at 3 times the ER bill. Realistically, your inquiry suggests that you claim might be worth a few hundred dollars.
