How much should I ask for pain and suffering?

My car broke down on the shoulder of a highway, I put my hazard lights on and starting calling people. While I was on the phone with my Father, I was hit from behind. I remember very little from my crash and probably never saw it coming. I had a concussion, a split chin and the back of my head was tender to touch and I had migraines while recovering. I went to the doctor twice. Got stitches in my chin. And I'll be out of work for two weeks. My car was totaled in the crash, my class ring's stone is missing, my phone was broken and I lost several things out of my car.
