How much should I settle for a broken bone on my foot?

More details to this question:
I broke my right 4th metatarsal at work. They want to pay one time settlement fee since it has not healed and I need to have more treatment. Also, I hurt my right ankle at the same time and put that on original bwc form. They have not allowed it yet but just want to settle lump sum and no more claims.
