I won a case in wich I was awarded 2.5 million what is the amount my lawer will be entitled to plus out of pocket expences.

The usual amount is one third, unless you are a minor and then only 25%. The out of pocket costs could include expert reports, photocopying, travel, etc. You should ask for an itemization of all fees incurred.
