We need more information (e.g. do you have to reimburse your attorney for expenses, are there outstanding medical bills that will need to be paid from the settlement, are there any other liens on your personal injury recovery). Also, I do not think that you mean 1.3 %. Perhaps you mean 33% or 1/3.
