How to do I get workman’s compensation to pay for more therapy needed to return work?

More details to this question:
I was injured at work caring for client. While caring for client (lifting), tore the rotator cuff needed surgery to repair it have been going to therapy for this. Workman compensation says that I have been going long enough to correct problem. I still cannot lift a gallon of milk with arm yet. Therapy is still needed.

Get a lawyer, get the therapy, and file a workers compensation claim to make them pay for it.
