I am a Nj driver with limited threshold insurance.

More details to this question:
I was driving out of state in Maryland in January when I was hit buy an insured Maryland driver (rear ended). Although I was not seriously injured I do have medical bills i can not pay, i have missed work, and I can not continue my PT because my co-pay was too high. Can I for pain and suffering? I have a Maryland lawyer working on my case but he is unable to answer my questions.
