I fell clocked off at work, Do I have a case.

More details to this question:
At work I would clocked out for lunch when I slipped on some water in the bathroom, I managed to catch myself but I fell to one knee and the other stretched out in front of me resulting in muscle tears. I have to now have Physical therapy. And since I was in my "probation period" I think I am about to be fired since I can't work while I am injured.
